FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Can’t find what you need? support@caldrion.com
Can I apply to more than one track?
Please submit one application and choose the track that best fits where you are today: Internship if you’re a student, MBA & Graduate if you’re an MBA candidate or a recent master’s graduate, and Professional if you have full-time work experience. If you’d be a stronger fit for another program or team, we’ll consider you for it.
Do I need finance experience?
Not necessarily. For internships and graduate programs, we hire for analytical ability, curiosity and judgment, and we welcome candidates from any discipline. For professional roles, we look for depth in the area you’d join, which may be legal, technology or communications rather than finance.
Are internships paid?
Yes. All of our internships are paid.
Where are roles based?
Every role is based in our New York office, at 667 Madison Avenue. Some roles allow a degree of flexibility, which we’ll discuss with you during the process.
Do you sponsor visas?
We assess sponsorship case by case, depending on the role and the immigration rules that apply, and we can’t guarantee it for every role. The application form asks about your work authorization so we can discuss it early.
I don’t see a role that fits. Should I still apply?
Yes. We hire opportunistically rather than only to fill open seats, and when we meet exceptional people, we create space for them. Choose the closest track and team, and tell us where you’d contribute.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the role and on scheduling, but typically a few weeks from first conversation to decision. We aim to keep you informed of where you stand at each step.
