Our distinction.
Most finance careers force a trade-off between scale and agility. At a global bank, you can feel far removed from the decision; at a boutique, you may lack the capital to act. Caldrion removes that compromise.
We are a principal investor: we invest only our own capital. Decisions are made by a small internal investment committee that meets weekly. We need no outside approvals and no fundraising to close.
That structure lets us move with conviction, and your analysis directly informs how capital is allocated. Because our capital is permanent, we take a long view of people as well as assets: we would rather develop you over a career than hire for a single deal.
